Background:

Having been born a hundred years after the Elves, these stout creatures quickly flocked to the mountains and cultivated a civilized society, and as the years passed, they expanded their reign over neighbouring regions.

Background:

Being the first creatures to be born, the Elves are the most advanced and organized beings. Although suffering the most from the Undead Alliance during the Elven Liberation War which was unleashed upon them by a rogue tribe of Necromancers, the Elves remain a strong and enlightened race.

Background:

The first Humans were born at an unfortunate time and originate form an unfortunate place, they were first spotted by the Undead Alliance in West Lordearon, venturing outside Helag Keep. It was then that the Humans were enslaved and the first slaves worked at the logging camp known as Camp Ridenn. After years of resistance fighting, strong leader emerged in the Human ranks and lead full blown assaults on the Undead Alliance and initiated the Unifying Wars which formed the Republic of Lordearon and brought the Undead Alliance to its knees after the sacking of Helag Keep and the resulting Treaty of Helag.

Background:

Not much is known about these people other than they are a militaristic people and control much of the western continent of Kalimdor.

Background:

The Trolls have been alive for fifty years, but only recently have they been noticed by the other races. These people once lived in seperate tribes which lived off the land and eachother. They traded, fought and ate eachother, but some tribes grew tired of the constant displays of barbarism and united to form the Kafurak Empire.

Background:

These beings were unnaturally born of necromantic magics performed by old Elves and can only survive with the help of necromantic magic, these creatures left the frozen continent they were born on and settled in West and East Lordearon and expanded from there. Shortly after the rapid growth of their empire, they encountered the Elves and were bogged down into a long and terrible war with the Bas-Tyra Empire until the Human slaves broke free and rose up against them. The Undead Alliance was forced to accept defeat after the Treaty of Helag which ended the five year Unifying War and the longer Elven Liberation War.
