Cleaned up a lot of the forum, mostly the General Discussion section of Miscellaneous.

Added a few new catergories, including an Old Posts section, which contains all the old threads we have had. Also, tweaked the WoW Private Server Roleplay category, and added a Warcraft 3 Category.

Also added descriptions to all forums.

Posted the official website for The House of Kadwynn in it's respective forum.

Will probably be condensing forums together more, such as making the SW:TOR forum and the WoW Private Server forum divided into sub forums, rather than just forums, which should make navigation easier.
